Tohoku University's Graduate School of Engineering is seeking to appoint an assistant professor to serve within the Department of Robotics.
This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in smart systems, especially acoustic wave devices and high frequency micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pioneer groundbreaking research in this field, establishing innovative projects either independently or in collaboration with other members of differing research groups.
They will also be expected to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level, and direct research projects that lead to MS and PhD theses.
