Tohoku University's Environmental Studies department is seeking a Postdoctoral 365体育|365体育投注@er to work on economic-energy modeling for decentralized energy systems, focusing on rooftop PV, electric vehicles (EVs), and hydrogen systems for urban decarbonization.
The successful candidate will investigate the economic and social constraints of integrating rooftop PV, EVs, and hydrogen systems while considering power grid limitations. The aim is to accelerate energy transition in urban areas by leveraging the potential of these integrated systems for effective and affordable deep decarbonization. Energy Exemplar's PLEXOS software is expected to be used for research.
