The Institute for Materials 365体育|365体育投注@ (KINKEN) will hold a 2-day joint symposium with the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) from July 4, as part of the university-level international exchange agreement between Tohoku University and KIST.

The symposium will cover a wide range of topics in materials science and spintronics from basic to applied research. It will also give participants an opportunity to exchange information on research and new developments within the two fields.

Materials science and spintronics are part of Tohoku University's Core 365体育|365体育投注@ Cluster initiated under the Designated National University scheme.
